The room was super spacious with a cozy kitchenette. Plus, I could see Mount Fuji right from the front door. Really close to the train station and there were plenty of tasty food options nearby. The super nice team and even let me store my bags after checking out 🌄

Especially helpful and attentive staff, huge room with towel provided. Convenient location within a close distance from Yamanashi Gem Museum. Also, in the residential area.

Hip new hotel with very hospitable and excellent staff. Amazing, marvellous location just off many convenience stores like Lawson, Family Mart and 7 Eleven, the railway station and public transport. Really nice stay, as always.

That was exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel set in quiet area, just next door to Kawaguchiko train station, and Fujikawaguchiko. The staff were polite and welcoming. The service was nice in my opinion. The location was great, not too far away from Yamanashi Gem Museum. I stayed in this venue for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The room was surprisingly spacious and immaculate. Every morning we enjoyed hot gyudon dishes, delicious and convenient. Although the sound of traffic was somewhat distracting, the short walk to local restaurants and a nearby Family Mart was very beneficial. It's an ideal spot to enjoy the amazing views of Mount Fuji from the front steps.

This hotel was clean and provided towels, had a fantastic location near restaurants and cafes, and we had a lovely time there that would make us want to book again.
